I received an email saying my order was shipped but when I look up Tracking Number, my order hasn't moved?
This does not happen frequently, but it does happen. There are a number of reasons the most common of which I have outlined below.
1. Your order was pulled from shipping because I need more information to complete the order. Look for an email from me, the subject line will usually read: NEED INITIAL/NAME/NUMBER FOR YOUR ORDER. Contact me through text (414) 745-5845 or email as soon as you notice an email from me.
2. The United States Postal Service simply hasn't updated their computers. It can take them up to 48 hours to update their website or, and this happens rarely but it does happen, the route the package took doesn't get updated until the item is delivered or arrives in your town. My silver item I received has started to turn black, does this mean it is not really silver?
The short answer is "No". If your item begins to turn black this means it IS silver. Either sterling silver or silver plated.
1. Just a little care can keep this from happening. When not wearing your item, make sure to keep it in the airtight bag along with the anti-tarnish tab. Any airtight bag will do. If you need another anti-tarnish tab, let me know. If tarnish does begin to appear, the Pro-Polish Pad that came with your item can be lightly rubbed over the item.
2. The stainless steel chains and adjustable bangles will NOT tarnish, but the silver discs, charms and jump rings will.
