The 1/2" sterling silver disc is hand stamped Mom in a light, pretty font. The Mom charm is framed on one side by a Swarovski Elements Crystal Birthstone and on the other by a Sterling Silver Hockey charm depicting two hockey sticks and a puck.
The chain is your choice of an 18" silver plated ball chain, an 18" silver plated cable chain or a 16" silver plated ball chain, all with a lobster clasp.
Each item arrives in a cotton-filled gift box tied with a ribbon.
Inside the box, in addition to the item and the cotton, you will find:
o Layer of bubble wrap to keep movement inside the box to a minimum during shipment, and
o A small black square to help prevent tarnishing during shipment.
