The 1" 22 gauge sterling silver rectangle is hand stamped with the name of your choice. The name rectangle is framed on one side by a Swarovski Crystal Birthstone and on the other by a sterling silver lacrosse stick charm.
The chain is your choice of an 18" silver plated ball chain, an 18" silver plated cable chain or a 16" silver plated ball chain, all with a lobster clasp.
