The 1/2" sterling silver heart is hand stamped with MOM. Each child is represented with a sterling silver Swarovski crystal birthstone dangle.
The chain is your choice of an 18" sterling silver ball chain, an 18" sterling silver box chain, an 18" sterling silver link chain, a 16" sterling silver box chain or a 16" sterling silver ball chain.

Each item arrives in a cotton-filled gift box tied with a ribbon.
