The 5/8" sterling silver disc is hand stamped with "Mom" along with crossed field hockey/hockey sticks. Necklace includes sterling silver Swarovski Elements Crystal Birthstone Dangles to represent each of your players or your school colors.
The sterling silver chain is your choice of an 18" ball chain, an 18" link chain, an 18" box chain, a 16" box chain or a 16" ball chain.
