The 1/2" sterling silver disc is hand stamped with initial of your choice.
The 3/4" sterling silver plated pewter charm is hand stamped with the positive, inspirational message: "Live With All Your Heart". If you would like a different message, please contact me.
A small sterling silver rectangle is hand stamped with the graduation year. Complementing these customized pieces are a sterling silver graduation cap charm and a Swarovski Elements crystal birthstone.
The chain is your choice of: 18" silver plated ball chain, 18" silver plated cable chain or a 16" silver plated ball chain. You can upgrade to a sterling silver chain if you'd like. Upgrade in the Chain Style & Length section.
Each item arrives in a gift box tied with a ribbon.
Inside the gift box you will find:
