The 12mm sterling silver disc is hand stamped with the initial of your choice. Each initial is in monogram font. The initial charm is framed on one side by a Swarovski Crystal Birthstone and on the other by a sterling silver hockey charm depicting two hockey sticks and a puck.
The chain is your choice of: 18" silver plated ball chain, 18" silver plated cable chain or 16" silver plated ball chain, all with a lobster clasp.

Each item arrives in a cotton-filled gift box tied with a ribbon.
Inside the box, in addition to the item and the cotton, you will find:

o Included with your purchase is a Pro Polish Pad to remove smudges, tiny scratches and small amounts of tarnish.
Each item is created by hand and each letter is individually stamped. Slight variations in letter spacing and depth are common in true hand stamped items. These variations make the item uniquely yours.
