The sterling silver half baseball/softball charm sits atop of the 3/4" disc, name is underneath.
The 1/2" sterling silver filled heart is stamped with your player's number.
Gracefully dangling alongside are two Swarovski Pearl Dangles in your school colors. Choose your colors from the chart in the second picture.
The chain is your choice of an 18" silver plated ball chain, an 18" silver plated cable chain or a 16" silver plated ball chain, all with a lobster clasp.
