The small 1/2" sterling silver disc is hand stamped with the monogram style initial of your choice. Alongside is a sterling silver Baseball Softball charm with a Bat, Ball and Helmet. A Swarovski Elements Crystal Birthstone completes this personalized trio.
The chain is your choice of an 18" silver plated ball chain, an 18" silver plated cable chain or a 16" silver plated ball chain.
Each item arrives in a cotton-filled gift box tied with a ribbon.
