This simple, classic sterling silver disc is 12mm and is hand stamped with the initial of your choice. Each initial is in Block Font. On one side is a Swarovski Elements Crystal Birthstone charm.
The chain is your choice: 18" Sterling Silver Ball Chain, 18" Sterling Silver Box Chain, 18" Sterling Silver Link Chain, 16" Sterling Silver Ball Chain, 16" Sterling Silver Box Chain or 16" Sterling Silver Link Chain.

Each item arrives in a cotton-filled gift box tied with a ribbon.
Inside the box, in addition to the item and the cotton, you will find:
