The 1/2" sterling silver disc is hand stamped with the initial of your choice in a Monogram font. On one side is a sterling silver Swarovski Elements Crystal Birthstone and the other a small sterling silver baseball/softball charm.
The sterling silver chain is your choice of an 18" ball chain, an 18" link chain, an 18" box chain, a 16" box chain or a 16" ball chain.

Each item arrives in a cotton-filled gift box tied with a ribbon.
