The 3/4" sterling silver pewter disc is hand stamped with your horse's name. The 1/2" sterling silver plated pewter disc is hand stamped with Initial of your choice in a monogram font.
On one side is a Swarovski crystal birthstone and on the other by a silver plated pewter Jumping Horse charm.
The chain is your choice of an 18" silver ball chain, an 18" silver plated cable chain, a 20" silver plated cable chain or a 16" silver plated ball chain, all with a lobster clasp.

Each item arrives in a cotton-filled gift box tied with a ribbon.
