The 1/2" sterling silver plated pewter disc is hand stamped with the initial of your choice. Each initial is in monogram font. The initial charm is framed on one side by a Swarovski Elements Crystal Birthstone charm and on the other by a pewter Music Note charm.
The chain is your choice of an 18" silver plated ball chain, 16" silver plated ball chain or a silver plated cable chain, all with a lobster clasp.

Each item arrives in a cotton-filled gift box tied with a ribbon.
Inside the box, in addition to the item and the cotton, you will find:
